Site visits are allowed during the construction of your custom build home through appointments with the site supervisor/project manager. Arriving unannounced whilst ongoing construction can be extremely dangerous therefore, by alerting our team with an advance notice, we can prepare the site and ensure you can conduct your business safely.
Ideally, clients should already have the full exclusive rights to the land, access to a property, and acquired permits prior to contacting us to build their custom home. However, in situations where clients do not currently own any property to build a custom home on, we can still provide guidance and assistance regarding where to look in your search to find one.
