- For the electrical system, we are using a house battery system which will charge itself at night and will use batteries to power the house during the day.
- An underground system which will collect rainwater from roof and store in an underground storage which will be used for sprinkler system and watering plants.
- The house will be using the latest version of Control 4 automation system.
